ABC facilitates domestic adoptions and provides loving foster homes for orphans. We believe that family serves as the core engine that fosters the talent of each child to achieve his or her dream. Through this program, we hope to lay the foundation for healthy children, in mind, body and soul.

Foster Homes:

The Need

Individualized care can be difficult to come by in orphanages due to the lack of resources in these institutions. Overcrowding and lack of attention negatively impacts the healthy development of children into adulthood.

Program Goal and Objectives

We strive to improve the lives of orphans or underprivileged children by providing them a home, love and care in intimate family-settings. ABC Foster Homes also allow children social and educational opportunities.

ABC believes that there is a strong causal relationship between the degree of attention a child received during infancy and the success of a his/her development. ABC caps the number of children our foster parents are responsible for to six children. In doing so, ABC ensures that each of its foster children is provided the attention they require.

Domestic Adoption:

The Need

Although domestic adoption costs are lower and the processing time is faster than international adoption, the infrastructure to handle domestic adoption cases and the adoption awareness amongst local Chinese is still underdeveloped. 

Program Goal and Objectives

ABC partners with Children's Hope Foundation (Henan) to place orphaned children with domestic adoptive families. In addition, ABC is working to build a more systematic approach to the domestic adoption process. ABC is in constant communication with CHI and relevant government bodies to ensure our program is solving the most pressing issues in domestic adoption.
